Nokia Lumia 630 and Nokia Lumia 635 are almost similar to one another in every aspect, be it camera , display, processor and all the other aspects. The thing that distinguishes these low cost phones of Lumia series is that Lumia 635 supports 4G network service whereas Lumia 630 does not. L635 was launched in the market by Nokia to compete with the low range 4G smartphones that have recently been launched by other smartphone companies. L630 can be considered a non-4G cousin of L635. Both of these windows smartphones have an almost same price tag. Cost of Lumia 630 is USD 222 whereas Lumia 635 will cost USD 247.

Unlike the previous Windows smartphones that came with Windows phone 8 pre installed in them, this phone comes pre installed with the newer 8.1 version, so you do not need to upgrade to Windows Phone 8.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Nokia Lumia 635 and Nokia Lumia 630 run on a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU which is really powerful for this small device and does the work it is supposed to do. A Adreno 305 graphical processing unit (GPU) is present in the phones which helps in providing very good graphical interface to the users. If we talk about the sensors, an Accelerometer is present in the devices. The browser of the phones supports HTML 5 and it has a FM radio and supports Global Positioning System (GPS). The Dolby sound enhancement system gives a crystal clear sound while listening music on headphones, earphones and plug-in speakers. A micro sim is supported by the phones like all other Lumia varients. The dimensions of the phones- 129.5 x 66.7 x 9.2 mm, 78.5 cc (5.10 x 2.63 x 0.36 in) makes them slim and easy to fit in hand and it weighs 134 g (4.73 oz), which is quiet light.
Internal storage memory provided in Lumia 635 and Lumia 630 is a basic 8 GB which can be further expanded to 128 GB by inserting a micro sd card. 512 MB ram is provided to the phone which is quiet low as compared to the other smartphones of the same segment. Other features of the phones are:

Now coming to the Software and user-interface part of the Windows phones. Nokia Lumia 635 and 630 runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1. The user interface of this phone is very smooth and it is fun using this device. Applications in the square boxes, which you can scroll from up to down or from left to right looks really cool.
